Hi folks! I had some trouble.
So I really need to hear some opinion about this.
I was accepted as Ph.D this year. I want to get Ph.D, but I should work after getting Master.
However, I went to the university which accepts me and talked a professor.
Also, I asked him to do Independent Study to get RAship in the next semester or year.
However, I cannot go to Ph.D.
I do not know if I can pass Qualifying Exam, but I was accepted as Ph.D.
I think that the university expects me to take Qualifying Exam and go to Ph.D.
I feel that I lied so I am worry about that faculties of the university think bad impression for me.
I think it is impossible to work and get Ph.D together.
How do you think about graduating right after Master?
Is it not good?
