How likely is it to get in after an interview?

Did the professor tell you there might be a long wait before hearing additional news? I've had to wait a long time after interviews, but I was informed that weeks may pass before the program would make a decision. It doesn't make the wait any easier, but at least it's expected. -
Does anyone know if Maryland's Management & Orgs interviews were for OB/HR, Strategic Management or both?
