Hello everyone, maybe someone can advice me on this. I was admitted into PhD Chem at SUNY Buffalo, when I received my I-20 however, it says there provisional admission and they are asking me to bring my final transcripts for my MS degree. Are they expecting me to finish my MS degree in my home country? The letter of acceptance did not say anything about it but in the I-20 it says I may not be able to register without the final transcripts. I am asking because I might not be able to get my MS degree, does this mean they will revoke my admission? Thanks!
