I think this email is a slightly better sign than what I just got... Thank you for your interest in attending Skowhegan. I am sorry to report that we cannot offer you admission this summer. I haven't made a decision yet - I still have one more interview to go

I got a phone call from Amy Hauft yesterday. She let me know that I was accepted. They are offering a free ride + 4800 fellowship per semester.

Thanks everyone for your insights. I wrote to the admissions office and found out that I was 'definitely at the top of the list' and that I would be notified in a couple of weeks or as soon as a space opened up. We'll see...

So - I've been wait listed at my #1 top choice. Is there anything that I can do to help my chances? Has anyone else been in this situation before? Is anyone else in this situation?

USC has done interviews and chosen their top 8. I am on the waiting list

I had an interview at USC on the 1st but haven't heard anything since then except that they have chosen their 8 already
