Colorado State is certainly the place to be for environmental politics. I'm just finishing the MA here- with IR as other focus. Applied to Univ of Colorado and Univ of Oregon for PhD, but might just end up staying at Colorado State. We've got a great IR faculty, known for their contributions in the IEP lit. The other two schools have environmental studies programs I would hope to utilize. You can study environmental politics in departments without that specialty... committee members willing.
