I just did a results search for VCU and noticed that someone posted an interview for sculpture (dated a week or so ago). I was told that VCU does not do interviews in the sculpture dept.- anyone else have an interview there (for sculpture)? I know we should be hearing from them any day now but they are the last school I am waiting on and patience has never been a virtue of mine:) Not to mention Mills wants to know if I'm accepting...

A friend of mine mentioned that she & her husband were able to deduct the cost of his MBA off of their taxes (the WHOLE thing and MBA's cost a lot more then an mfa). She loaned me a book on it- from what I've skimmed it sounds like it would apply for an MFA also. This of course works best for a couple when one spouse is still working (in my case my husband). I need to read more and ask my cpa a few questions about it but will get back w/ more info. Anyone else know anything about this? I'm still waiting to hear if I'll get any funding but expecting the worst:(

Sounds like everyone is starting to hear more this week- thought I'd add in my schools (applied for Sculpture)... Yale- rejected Cal Arts- rejected Bard- rejected Mills- accepted (yah!) VCU- waiting... UCLA- waiting... Good luck to all!
