After poring through this forum and many other public health related forums, I've read a lot of statistics about public health schools and applicants, but something that has really intrigue me is the lack of posts on the reasons why everyone here are applying to public health be it epidemiology or behavior science or health policy. I am a senior student and I plan to apply for an MPH for the fall 2012 round. I am still in my research phase and would appreciate anyone's thoughts on matter. If you wouldn't mind telling me why you've decided to enter public health instead of pursuing the multitude of other options available. Thank you in advance for you time!
