Hello, I completed my undergrad in Computer Science & Engineering with only 3.09 GPA from Bangladesh. I have three journals (I think they are tier3) on software engineering and I am first author in one of them. Three associate professors of my undergrad university(not well-known) are giving me praiseworthy recommendations. My GRE score is: Q-780 V-640. My IELTS score is 7.0 and now I am working as a Lecturer in the dept. of CSE in a local varsity.
Can you please suggest me that which varsities' doors are open for me with financial assistance? I want to start my farther study in MS by research program. I know that it is tough to get fund in MS program, so If I get opportunity in a T30 university for PhD with fund I will be glad to accept the opportunity.
