I gave my TOEFL in June 2011. I am planning to apply for Fall 2013. Will my score be considered valid ? Is the 2-year validitiy period w.r.t to the application deadline or the start of the 1st semester ? There is not much clarity about this on the university websites.

Dear All, I have got admits from SUNY Buffalo and Stony Brook for Computer Science (fall 2012). Can anyone compare these 2 universities for the following areas : 1. Artificial Intelligence 2.
