  1. There are certainly a lot of sites that rank/compile Continental Departments. Here are a few: http://www.spep.org/...duate-programs/ http://legacy.earlha...nfe/gradsch.htm http://mypage.siu.ed...ort/report.html As far as programs listed in the Leiter Report that are good for Continental Philosophy, you might want to check out the site's breakdowns by program specialties: http://www.philosoph...m/breakdown.asp Keep in mind, however, that the Leiter Report fails to list many VERY good programs in their rankings. Hope that helps.
  2. Cal State Long Beach and Loyola Marymount have decent MA programs in philosophy, with Loyola Marymount being particularly stong in continental philosophy. I know a PhD student from UC Irvine who received his MA from Long Beach and a professor at UC Irvine who spoke very highly of the program. I was recently accepted there with $10k of funding for the MA but will be turning it down for another school. Hope that helps.
  3. BA in Philosophy from UC Irvine. MA Programs I'm applying to: Cal State LA, Cal State Long Beach, SF State, Georgia State, Tufts. PhD Programs: Emory, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, WashU My interests include post-Kantian German Philosophy, Early Analytic and Early Continental Logic and Philosophy of Language (Mainly Frege and Husserl), and Phenomenology, specifically Husserl and Merleau-Ponty. Just scrambling to get my LOR's and writing sample in order, as well as improve my GREs.
