  1. I just checked mine and it says "in review" still. IDK what happend with your application though. I'm pretty sure the next visitation is this weekend so I'm just assuming rejection for me.
  2. I just tried after ur post and the same thing happend to me :X def a weird way to find out lol.
  3. burrrrnnnn
  4. Still waiting on UNC and UT-Austin....only saw a few acceptances on the results page so hopefully I'm not out of the running. If anyone contacted them about their status keep us updated
  5. Looks like it was a pricey application season....from what I've been reading schools give out offers all throughout February too. Good Luck
  6. I'm waiting for UT-Austin too! I keep checking online and it says "in review." I've only seen a couple acceptances so hopefully there will be more.
  7. ^^^Congrats twb! Looks like you're gonna have a fun couple months traveling + freebies at all those schools lol
  8. Does Scripps send out rejections or do they just not respond???
  9. ^^^ Congrats Chande that's awesome! I feel that know that Winter Break is over for most universities many of the results are gonna be coming in.
  10. What do you normally wear for interview weekends?? They are a few days long and you're on campus for a while so I didn't know if shirt and tie, ect would be practical.
  11. @Eigen Talk about none of them arriving when ur expecting them soon. Got interview at U Wisconsin-Madison today (Pharm. Sciences)!!
  12. Random Question: What times in the day is it typical for people to hear back from schools?? I'm at that psychotic stage where I check my email and phone every 5 minutes....I would like to relax a bit more once 5pm or so if I have nothing to worry about lol.
  13. My subject GRE's were sent to schools on the 10th, and when I checked my application status they had the scores posted on there since they received them from ETS. Check your apps if you applied anywhere and see if they may have posted them for you
  14. Thanks for the advice!!!! I'm not one for standardized tests but I gotta work with what I have. All the schools I chose I have at minimum 2 lab groups I want to work with and I mentioned them in my Statement of purpose as well. Research at undergrad institute was medicinal chem (synthesis) Research at REU was more pharmaceutical sciences (but some organic synthesis) I'm pretty personable so I'm praying I get to the interview stage and then I can work from there.
  15. Seeing people are already getting acceptances or interviews at some of the schools I'm applying to....so just getting nervous obviously and I want to know if I'll at least go somewhere since no one at my undergrad school knows anything about if I'm competitive or not . Stats: Major: Chemistry & Biomedical Sciences GPA: 3.52 Major GPA: 3.74 Research: 3 semesters at undergraduate institute, 1 REU at University of Kentucky Work Experience: Chemistry Stockroom (2.5 years), Biochem tutor GRE: 151 V (58%) 158 Q (79%) Subject GRE: Pending Letters of Rec: Strong Other involvement: Student government, fraternity, 2 spring break service trips. Grad school for Organic/Med Chem Schools: Scripps UNC - Chapel Hill U of Wisconsin - Madison U of Texas at Austin University of Michigan University of Kansas Thank you everyone. I'm done with all my apps so the waiting game SUCKKKKKKSSS!!
