Hi, I am a new user to this forum...I also have similar problems....I am currently in my UG course in Electrical engg in India..(This is my last semester) I want to do PhD but confused on how to apply..I mean should i apply to MS leading to PhD or simply to the PhD degree? Can we mention MS + PhD on the same application? Anyways thanks in advance.....
