I am also applying for the 16 month program at Columbia, and also NYU and Hunter. I'm also quite concerned about the expense- have many people been given substantial tuition reductions for Columbia? Or for any NYC schools? Thanks.

I decided not to apply to USC for that reason. BU has a virtual program as well that is about half as expensive.

Hello, I have applied for the 16 month MSW programs at Hunter, Columbia, and NYU for spring 2011. Has anyone gone through those programs and received funding from the schools? I already have a graduate degree in public health, and would like to get away with as little additional debt as possible. I'd be interested to know if anyone received a substantial award from any of the above schools.
