hi eschaten！My friend(she is in yale) told me someone got waiting list first year. Sheila wrote to him/her and encouraged to reapply. And then they rejected him/her in the second year......So do not be discouraged, you still have a chance because at least you are still on the list!

CONGRATS! i said it!!! I am on the waitlist and decide to go to sva. If you come to nyc maybe be you can call on. lol REALLY jealous！

oh! I am sure you made it ! It seems your interview goes very well. I also applied yale(3year) and had a skype interview. They didn't ask me many questions about my work...maybe not interesting enough...;( And the total time is 50min(plus with students...really short...). I guess I screwed it up because I was so nervous... Feel bad now... I am considering to go to SVA, if you go there, let me know. ;-) (But I guess you will go to yale!)
