Yep. Once your scores are released, you can go online (using your "MyGRE Account") and ask for additional score reports to be sent to other universities. There is a fee associated with this.

I took the GRE in Melbourne, Australia in September. I was affected by the delayed reporting schedules - but I was still able to access my scores online before I received the letter. If you are worried about application deadlines, ETS will send scores straight through to universities. Also, many uni applications allow you to self-report scores if the verified numbers are already on their way. Good luck.
