Haha! Me too, guys! What a bummer! Ah well, I suppose everything turns out as its meant to in the end. Chin up.

Accepted at American for the M.A. in Latin American Studies, but starting to think I'm rejected at Berkeley and UCSB since I've gotten no word yet, though my fingers are STILL crossed! In which case, I'd probably attend U.Va. in the end... Hopin' and Prayin'

Gracias @todos!! Still waiting on UCSB, Berkeley, Georgetown, and American. Am particularly curious about Berkeley and UCSB...the waiting is killing me (at times!)

I am so grateful to be able to say that this morning I was accepted into UVA's graduate program in Spanish with a tuition waive, a stipend, and a fellowship on top of that! I am so blessed!

I have not heard anything yet from Berkeley (since the e-mail saying they'd recieved all my materials), but I continue to wait anxiously. I am at the top of the waitlist at Washington University in St. Louis (Hooray!) and they are paying for me to go to visiting day...should I be optimistic about this one? I don't know. I'm pleased!

Yo no he oida nada de Berkeley. Pero, quizas no me van a ofrecer entrada, no se. Sigo esperando ansiosamente.

¡Gracias! La verdad es que no estoy segura. Debería ver cuánto me va a pagar cada universidad antes de decidir, pero sin duda el programa de Berkeley me encanta.

Me gustaría estudiar poesía latinoamericana del siglo XX, y específicamente usando la eco crítica.
