  1. Thanks for you reply PyRO. Basically i'm working in Mphasis an HP company as a software programmer currently with one year experience. I will pursue my MS in CS only after getting 2 years of exp since i've a service bond for 2years. So at that part of time i guess the financial position would be better. Currently i'm not aware of the various parts of CS available. I thought there was a course as MS in CS and just you have to select your subjects in it. A'int that right? Or is it like for example we have to be more specific in selecting the course- -MS in CS(Artificial Intelligence). Kindly correct me if i am wrong. Can you help me with this PyRO? Thanks in advance.
  2. For the full course its 10-15k $ in CANADA. But i can afford till 25k $. Will that be enough? What do you think? So its not like one of both countries are better than the other. All that matters is the university you get in?
  3. Hello everybody, I am much interested in pursuing my masters in computer science at a good grad school. I'm confused of which country do i opt for. My criteria is as below, Tuition fee - 15,000 to 20,000 $ (Approx) Job opportunity - Very High Area of specialization - Computer science Scholarship - Medium Many of my friends/colleagues/well wishers have advised me to consider USA for my graduation. But it seems it is costly. In an average the graduate schools in USA have a tuition fee of 20,000 to 30,000$. But the positive point about USA is there are numerous quality graduate schools are present and the job opportunities are also very high. Recently one of my friend suggested me to pursue my graduation at CANADA. The advantages he highlighted about CAN is moderate cost of living and tuition fee(10,000 - 15,000$). Also you get a Permanent Residential opportunity if you stay for 2years. So hunting for a job will be easy, unlike other countries where i must get a job before my VISA gets expired. Kindly suggest me which country do i choose, if you have any other country in your mind feel free to let me know. If any of the above information is contradictory with your thoughts please let me know that too. PS: I reside in INDIA, and i am planning to undertake GRE & TOEFL exams in the near future. Thanks, Vijay M
