mailed Berkeley and this is what i got "Most of our admission offers have been made. It's possible that there could be a few additional offers throughout February. Admitted students are notified by phone or email right away and all other students will be notified around March 1." well this is as close to rejection as i will get before march.

Does the application status page changes once a decision is reached or is it fixed on submitted.

Hi I am an international student from Pakistan. My stats are cgpa 3.62/4.0 scgpa 3.95/4.0, gre general 170/155/4.0 and subject score is 870 (92%). Good LOR and 1.5 years research experience no papers yet. Do i have a shot at top ten or should i focus between 10-30.
