Was just accepted off of the waiting list at George Washington University. Very likely going to accept. Excited

I'll throw my hat in the ring. I'm on the waiting list at Portland State, CUNY Baruch, George Washington, Central Florida, SUNY Albany, and UNC Charlotte. If anyone has any new info let me know or if you have an acceptance that you are going to decline hurry up and get it over with haha. Becoming maddening.

No problem. I emailed them and they said I've been placed on the waiting list. My 6th waiting list, no acceptances yet. Very frustrating, but I feel like I have a decent chance of getting pulled off of at least one.

Well that's awfully discouraging. Wish they would have at least let me know I wasn't being invited. Did you attend?

Has anyone heard back from CUNY-Baruch..? I interviewed with them at the beginning of February and they said they were going to make decisions by March 15th which I thought was a really long time to make decisions. I really didn't think they would take it down to the wire like this. So any news,,?

For those that were curious about A&M and their status not being updated even though many had a status update to rejected. I emailed them to ask why my status wasn't updated. This is the response that I got. "concerning the status of your application, we currently have 5 offers out, and 12 others on the shortlist. we have also notified those in the "bottom" of the applicant pool that we will not be extending them an offer. you have not heard from us b/c you are on neither of the above lists (i.e., the offer list, the shortlist, and the "bottom" list). we usually do not send out notifications to those in this group until we close out make the admissions process b/c it is impossible to predict how things are going to play out."
