To the OP: Congrats on having so many good options. Have you turned down your offer from WUSTL yet? Those of us mere mortals on the wait list would love to nab your spot...

Anxious: I was one of those people who received an email in early-mid Feb stating, "we like you, we're trying to find funding for you, we'll let you know when/if we do, etc." Did you receive that email?

Anyone making the trip to WashU next week or the week after? Anyone involved with the program there have any helpful input?

I got the email about a month ago saying "we're still looking for funding and if we find it we will offer you admission" that several others got. I emailed them again a couple of days ago to see if they had any new information, and the grad secretary just told me that my status was still active, they are looking for funding, and things should start to look clearer around the end of March/beginning of April. I would like to have some idea of where they stand before April 15, I think that would be nice...

I was accepted to Oregon today without funding (for now). I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the program and how you like it. I'm from the east coast but I like what I've seen so far from the information out there. Also, any of you who were accepted with funding and don't want to go, feel free to reject that offer anytime for my sake... Accepted: Oregon, Penn State (maybe?) Waitlist: Washington University in St. Louis Rejected: Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, Vanderbilt
