I applied to Bioengineering Ph.D. programs and am waiting to hear back, but I was curious as to whether I should be expecting a call or email if I am lucky enough to get good news. From the discussions and results survey on here, I believe it's typical to go through the interview process before a decision is made, in which I was wondering if you were invited by phone, and if so, were asked any questions prior to being offered the chance to interview. I am nervous because I'm not very good on the phone, and want to know what to expect, like who did you talk to and how it went overall.
Some of the schools I applied to were: Stanford, Penn, and Berkeley-UCSF.
Thanks in advance!
