Since I could not find a question in your post, here is mine to you: how did you manage to get anything let alone 28K from stingy SIPA, full tuition from Harris and yet nothing from easy SAIS? Tell us your secret...

Muna, would you mind share your profile, please? I hear the Mason Program is the easiest to get into with more than 90% of applicants get in. Therefore, it has to be something really unacceptable in your application, eg. recommendations.

Last year they started to send notifications on Monday, March 14. Everything tells me that this week is the start.

I also got the decision email yesterday. No funding though.
