Has anyone heard anything from the EALAC department at Columbia or the Asian Studies department at Princeton (PhD app)? Their websites merely mention that results are given "by March," but from current students at Columbia I have heard that informal acceptances are made via phone calls as early as February. I'm currently a MARSEA student at Columbia.
