I'm a Masters applicant, with intent to pursue Ph.D.. Well I called UNC and they said they are just now winding down the decision process and will send out notifications end of March/early April. I also called Wisonsin-Madison. She said they haven't completed financial assistance decisions but will soon. She expects to send out word in the next week or two.

I was admitted to Wisconsin-Madison, but they claim to have not yet made financial assistance decisions? Has anyone accepted there been offered a fellowship yet? If UNC-Chapel Hill is having a welcome event this Thursday, should I assume rejection if I haven't heard anything? Has anyone applied to University of Colorado-Boulder and heard anything? Thanks!
