Stanford MS vs. UCLA PhD - Need Advice!

If it were me I'd be all over the UCLA deal. Of course, I know I'm looking for a PhD. UCLA grads seem to do well on the job market. I don't think the Stanford name is worth that much. That is, if you really want a PhD. If you don't, don't get one. -
What is most important: Course fit or Supervisor fit?

I agree with caffeinated. But my first impulse is go with X. Seems more solid.
