The Conant Fellowship is awarded at the same time as admission, according to the FAQ. Since the Urban Scholars and Leadership in Education awards are part of the regular HGSE application, I'd guess it'd be the same for those as well.

The overall Education rankings are freely available. The subscription provides extra info such as average GRE scores and acceptance rates, as well as the specialty rankings. Screenshots are probably frowned upon due to copyright issues, but let me know if anyone wants specialty rankings.

HGSE does offer need-based grants of up to $11,900 per year, so that cuts tuition to $26,600 if one qualifies.

According to the gradcafe results search, someone was admitted to this program on March 5.

According to this link: "you may petition the Admissions Committee in writing for a one-year deferment. Please note that deferments are rarely granted and are subject to the Admission Committee's approval."

I would predict a reply from TC on Monday 3/12, based on the dates of 3/12/10 (Fri) and 3/9/09 (Mon) posted for previous years.
