But we don't know that the awards are all being pulled from the HM list. Each year they've steadily increased the # of HMs because of increased # of applicants. So they might not pull the remaining ~80 entirely from that list.

Yes, they're disappearing from the HMs and moving to the Awards page. I just confirmed the most recent move.

Well congrats on getting Honorable Mention as a minimum! I'm not on that list, so fingers crossed I show up on one or the other at some point.

You're not crazy. I just hope it's not the complete list, cuz I"m not on it. Interestingly, the header text mentions "40 scholars" which the list adds up to. If that's everyone, it's less than a 3rd of the awardees they've had in past years.
