Hi, all. I am a international applicant but I did not receive even an interview offer. This is really frustrating me. 1. Is there still any chance to receive a Ph.D. offer with BME/BioE? (Already 9th, March today....) Here are schools that I applied but got no response: Gatech, UCLA, UCI, Columbia, Umich 2. Gatech' status shows me just "No decision has been made" since I submitted at the end of Dec.2011. -> Is this normal? (I have applied BioE/Gatech, through Mechanical Engineering Department.) Thanks.
