Does CEE.MIT reject an applicant ONLY by post mail?

Some of my friends applying Civil programs got offers from CEE.MIT several weeks ago. I am applying Environmental Programs(Hydrology), and I still have no news. Moreover, Open House will be hold on April 3. I have asked the Admissions Coordinator several times, but no reply Anybody has the same situation. Does that mean I was rejected?
