I got into St. Joseph's and Scranton for my MHA. I was wondering which one the members of this site think I should attend.
Pro/Cons:
University of Scranton
Pros: CAHME accredited, nice campus, program is ranked 46th in the nation.
Cons: Scranton isn't a big city.
St. Joseph's University
Pros: In Philly, Name recognition.
Cons: Not accredited by CAHME
I need some advice. I've been accepted into the 40th ranked MHA program, however, I've always had my sight set on NYU's MPA program. My gpa is a sub par 2.9. Is it worth even applying to NYU, or should i wait to get my first semester graduate grades back to try to transfer to NYU
I had an interview with the University of Scranton for their MHA program. After the interview the department adviser wrote me a letter of recommendation for acceptance into the program. He then had me sign a paper (but not date it) which had my schedule on it for the fall. He said if I'm accepted and after I call in to accept the offer that the department would date it.
This was two weeks ago. I called and they said I should get a letter in 7-10 days. Is there a chance I will still be rejected? Does a letter of recommendation guarantee admission?
I'm freaking out
