Anyone heard from Vanderbilt? The website states due to the increase in applicants, the process is taking longer. Is there still a chance?

Has anyone heard anything from Boulder? I've called a few times and there is never an answer. The lack of communication and poorly updated website is starting to make me question this school. Are they even taking graduate students this year?
