I am not sure, but re-evaluation of an application usually does not have a very good chance I assume (just my assumption)... because most offers were already given out right? Unless they still have space. Schools are sometimes quite horrible with this kind of thing. I have to from time to time check with my schools just to make sure they have everything from me, and I don't miss any steps. Good luck, you still have a chance
