I just got an email titled "CLS [Critical Language Scholarship] Alumni: Is Fulbright in your future?" that is inviting me to attend a State Department hosted webchat on Fulbright. Bah! For a second, just seeing the word Fulbright in my inbox made my heart skip a beat!

Have any Germany ETA folks made any calls?

Seems like there is no real dependable system here. Which is so very uncharacteristic of Germany, of all places! Hmph. The confusion and anxiety grows...

I think it'd be odd for Germany ETA rejection and alternate letters to go out on a different day that acceptances, but it's 6 o'clock on the East Coast and still nothing in my inbox. Anyone else in the same boat?

Should I walk over to the offices? I'm only a couple blocks away.

It's been over two hours since the initial folks heard back about Germany ETA with rejections. This is strange.
