    MSc at LSE

Hey guys, I was hoping that someone could help me get a better understanding of my chances of getting into the MSc program in Economics at LSE. I graduated from Georgetown Unviersity with second honors (above a 3.7) gpa in International Economics. My major GPA was actually a 3.8. I received an A- or better in all of my economics courses except for Microeconomic Theory, which I got a B in. I know that this won't look good but I have some valid reasons for why I didn't do well in that course. For the last two years I have been working at an financial economic consulting firm and will have good recommendations from people with PhD's in econ and finance. I have yet to take the GREs, and I know that that these scores obviously will be an important factor. However, assuming that I do well on the GREs, do I have a good chance of getting into this program or will I need some luck? Thanks.
