Nathan, as I know, most Universities have funding and Ta to assist graduate students to study Fine Arts or Studio Art. I saw your photos via flickr, I have no idea if you want to go to Art Schools, I think most your works were inspired by commercial style (I mean Visual rendering), try some schools like New Mexico U, Tulane, WashU, UNLV,wvu, ohio u ETC, I am sure they have best funding for every graduate student. http://www.mfadirectory.com/main.htm try this online based resource for Photo MFA programs, you can refer most schools' web link and info.
Good luck for your Round 2, BTW, why don't you go abroad for couple of months to take a rest and take documentary photos. I will present my photos when i traveled at Tibet five years ago at one Fine Arts School in Asia this summer. I have wonderful life experience when I been there, and I used Fuji S3 pro and Fuji film camera, no PS, I mean original( not picture, the nature and the life). Now, I have a new camera Pentax 20D, but I don't have time to take more photos, so, consider what I siad.
