There are 2 forms : 1) http://www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca/_doc/Students-Etudiants/PGSForeign1A-ESEtranger1A_eng.pdf. You have to send this to NSERC by the post. 2) http://www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca/_doc/Students-Etudiants/PSCGS1B-ESESC1B_eng.pdf. Page 1 is for your grad department and Page 2 has to been sent to NSERC by mail. Congratulations again !

Congratulaions Titration. Your case is similar to mine. I do a directt ransition between bachelor and PhD. So I do not having any publications prior to my PhD.

Apparentl, this year those who get PGS - M have at least a GPA of 4.2/4.3

You can request at least a supplement of 3000- - 4000 $CAN from you supervisor. In Concordia, they give 12000 $ in addition to your award. There is some universities that give the same amount of money than your scholarship.

What do you think the sucess rate will be for PDF this year ??? 10 % ?

Your department must Know. The depatment have a list. near your name, they will find R or WL. R = Rejected WL = waiting list. I am 100 % sure that the department have this information.
