Waitlist Chances -- History MA at the University of Toronto

Just found out that I'm 9 on the waitlist at U of T for a History MA. Does anyone know what the likelihood of acceptance is? When I might find out? I have yet to receive any response from the History Dept at U of T -
I got waitlisted for a History MA at University of Toronto. They told me my position was no. 9. Does anyone know if that's a competitive waitlist position?
