Hey archplanner,
Are you on the waiting list too? I haven't heard anything back and haven't checked with the department since mid-late April. My impression was that the program was full but the waiting list was there in case some people who had accepted the program decided not to go there. The secretary said that some years they offer spots in the program off the waiting list as late as August.
I have found out I am on the waiting list. Not sure how big of a waiting list they have as only 25 are admitted to the program each year- does anyone know?
Just seeing if anyone out there has applied for MPA/MPP programs, if they heard back and where they are thinking of going.
I have applied to the Queen's MPA (accepted) and am still waiting to hear back from U of T's MPP (thinking it is likely a 'no' at this point).
Has anyone taken either of these programs or have any advice?
I would like to go to the welcome session but don't think I will be able to make it (I love in PEI). Do you know how many people are in the MPA program at Queen's each year?
I heard I was accepted to Queen's mid-March. They wanted to know if I accepted my offer by April 6th, so makes sense that they would do another round after that.
Have either of you applied to other MPA/MPP programs?
