I have not heard any news, so I called Krell today. I happened to ask whether any notifications had gone out, and the secretary said that she did not think so. One of my professors thought that I would be a good fit for this, but the odds are terrible; according to one source I've found, last year's acceptance rate was 2.7%, following a historical pattern of consistent decline. I'm trying to keep my expectations low, but hope is a motherfusser.
