i didn't see anything but the actual text of the review. i guess i was soooo focused on reading what they wrote i didn't look anywhere else........

@ math, are you going off of the number of reviews (i.e. 2 instead of 3) or was there something you saw on the left pane?

yea, it definitely works..they just shut it off.....i had 3 reviews...when i got to review 3, they shut it off and put this "Access to NSF GRFP rating sheets is now closed. We will enable this application when this year's results are available. Thank you! " one was iffy, the second was good, so dammit, the third one was the deal maker or breaker!!!
