I'm a doctral candidate for those program. And my special major is philosophy of education. As far as I know, TC and UIUC are such a great place to study philosophy of education in US so it is hard to determine where I should go. TC has a great reputation and curriculum for me, but cost of attendance of the institution is so expensive. UIUC has more professors in that field and is in the good city to focus study. Is there anyone who are students of those institutions and could give me some advice? It would be very helpful for me. Decision date is coming.
