Well that is scary because my University sent 6 and they only awarded 5. That means one of the 6 that were on the A list didn't get it and that could very well be me

This table gave me SO MUCH anxiety.... I have a question though... For Table #1, is that the number they AWARDED to each institution or just the number of applications each institution SENT in?

This just completely ruined my day. I was hoping that I would at least hear of my results by my Birthday (May 8th). They are almost a whole month behind. That is a little ridiculous.

My application wasn't due until December 10th Guess I lucked out then... hahah

I agree. I would have much rather the application deadline be much earlier if it meant we would know by know if we were receiving funding.

Definetly not... I think they will come out mid-week or later in the week and we will get them later next week

The women who deals with SSHRC at my school emailed them to ask why we had not heard yet and this is what they wrote .... "We are hoping to have the results posted to the secure site for the doctoral program by the end of April and for the Master

WELL I guess I lost the pool. Darn! hehe :|

Are we EVER going to hear from SSHRC. I am starting to get very inpatient.

Looks like I also lost the pool... Pretty sure the results arent going to arrive tomorrow.

Is anyone here applying in their SECOND year of Master's studies. I am wondering what the odds are of receiving OGS in your second year of studies?

If that is the case for the doctoral competition when can the Master's competition expect their results? :x

I don't think this is the case. Apparently when you recieve a SSHRC they ask you to indicate which school you are planning to attend so they can direct your SSHRC to the proper school.

Nothing has been sent out yet... I emailed the administration at SSHRC yesterday to change my address. They contacted me this morning saying that nothing has been sent out yet and that they will update my file. Could be a while yet.... :x

My bet is that Ontario residents will hear on Wednesday the 22nd. I hope it comes soon because I am moving in less than 2 weeks! :?:

I know the letters were sent out later than usual last year. Apparently SSHRC had a difficult time getting stuff in order last year and the letters came out a bit later than usual. Hopefully they don't have that problem this year too :S

Same. I have been checking my mailbox religiously and nothing but pizza flyers for me either. I am under the impression that they haven't been released yet. Usually the results are announced in mid- to late April I thought.

So, just for clarification... Who has heard from SSHRC for CGS (Masters)? When did you hear? Did you apply internally or directly to SSHRC? Thanks
