Thanks! How long did you wait without getting a response before mailing the dean? And what did you say to the dean?

So I got into tech last month (offer through email), and I accepted the same week. It's been over 20 days since the offer and my application status still reads Action-Dept. Decision Pending. Anyone else in the same boat? They haven't replied to my acceptance either.
