Hi Guys, I had applied for PhD in ECE and got a call from TAMU, UMD-CP and the CMU Portugal Program. I was wondering does anybody have any idea about that joint CMU Portugal PhD program. While CMU is ranked higher than both TAMU and Maryland in electrical engg, I am not sure about this joint program and what kind of opprtunities I will be getting once I finish my Phd. Kindly help me out.
