And as I have had a long experience following your chats concerning stipends, I have seen that everybody's notions of being able to live or not differs. If you are enrolled right now, can you live on your stipend which is: 19.383 this year with a highly subsidized health insurance and with a summer funding which is 1.734 for less hours a week and for 6 weeks in summer only.
