my transcrript won't be ready before last of jan 2013.i'm preparing to take the test in the summer and i was wondering can i send everything but with a transcript without the last year and a letter from the dean stating that i will be finished at dec. 2012 and send the full transcript later.i just dont wanna waste awhole year
