Yeah, I think there's a lot of truth to this. Obviously prestige, job placement and all that matters but you will be living and working in this university for 6 or 7 years at the least. If you're just not happy there then it'd be difficult to do well in your studies. Plus top 20 in History is a pretty good rating.
