How's the crime situation here? I currently have 2 cars, and will be getting rid of one of them before moving. Id like to keep the better one, but if auto theft is a problem in riverside, or around UCR, Ill have to probably keep the beater.

Looks like Ill be moving here before next fall. Not my first choice of places by far, but I suppose you take what you can get. Anybody have any more opinions specifically where to live? It seems difficult to shop for apartments when you're on the other side of the country .
