So I'm applying for Grad school after waiting a year so I could get my funds in order. I have everything else in order but my LOR . Last year I had 3 solid people who promised me to write one but now only one is replying to me. The other Professors I had in mind have either left the school or unreachable at the moment. At this point I'm asking for a LOR from an old job. Should I just keep asking for last min LOR from random Professors I worked with? Or just go with my old manager who I know will write a great recomendation?
