I am moving to Miami in July to attend FIU, Masters in International Studies program (begins in August). (I am moving from California) I am moving with a cat (extremely sweet, tame and clean). I would prefer a vegetarian roomate, that drinks and smokes (Smokes OUTDOORS ONLY, a place with a patio of some kind). I am extremely clean and dependable as well as fun loving, easygoing and generally an easy person to live with (very considerate and respectful). I have no preference as to the gender of the person, I just want to move in with someone that already lives within walking distance from either campus (main or biscayne) and needs a roomate, and is obviously a cat person (but does not already have a cat). I realize that this is a lot to hope for, but I am hoping for the best as I post this........I can say this, All of my past roomates have said that I was a treat to have as a roomate and we are all still good friends. I tend to be a fun person to be around as well as grounded and emotionally supportive.
